"Mental Health: Coping Techniques for a Pandemic" ft. NYC Psychotherapist Eve Blatt

"This Next One's About" Lockdown Edition! In honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, I invited Psychotherapist Eve Blatt to talk about how this crisis has been impacting our mental health and we talked about some things we can do to look after ourselves and others to get through this crisis.

Eve Blatt is a Psychotherapist currently self-employed in private practice in Manhattan. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from NYU and has completed post graduate training in Feminist Relational Psychotherapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
