Originally from Boston, but now based in New York indie folk artist Paola Bennet joins us to talk about how she overcame her shyness of performing to become a regular on the singer-songwriter scene in New York and how she came to write her last release 'Desert Sky'.

Evoking the melancholy of Phoebe Bridgers and Daughter, Paola’s so-called “sadgirl folk” walks the line between haunting lullaby and nervy admission
